First Sprout

We felt it for the first time last night, just before his bath...the sprout of Kade's first tooth.  Shane calls it "fishy teeth" cause it's just a small, fine sharpness on the bottom gum line, but his tooth is coming in.  Oh boy...another milestone fast approaching.  It truly does fly by!

And before his bath, he tried his first bite of carrots, stage 1.  He wasn't too sure about it, playing with it in his mouth.  I think he was more interested in chewing on the rubberized head of the spoon than anything else.  Shane decided to give him a few bites of applesauce after the carrots because we know he loves applesauce.  But apparently it is not a good combination with carrots.  He made some pretty funny faces, which I caught on video camera.
