Rainy Hour - Day 10

It may be summer in Botswana, but heat does not stop rain.  We have seen some of the most incredulous electrical, thunder, rain storms ever here.  These storms can last for several hours or just one hour like today's.  They come on suddenly, preceded by loud clapping thunder and end just as suddenly.  It is an awesome sight to see! 

Shane coming back from checking on our gardener.  He never uses an umbrella, so had to catch him in the moment.  Although he stated later that we need a much larger one.

Outside our house, the gutters were overflowing, pouring down.  You can see the mango and lemon trees in the background, soaking up the water.
