Most of the intersectins here consist of traffic circles. This major intersection is being changed into a regular intersection with traffic lights. Can't wait to see the confusion ensue when it is finsihed and they finally open it up. This man was working on the light...love the crooked ladder. You can see his construction colleagues in the background on the right, taking a break.
